Our Story

We're Josh & Maria

Along with our kids, Genesee and Gideon, we live a life built around faith, family, and the belief that time away changes people. Best Home Ever Llc grew out of that. Every home we manage sits a short walk from the water, cared for like our own and ready the moment you arrive, so your first hour is spent on the sand instead of sorting out logistics. A heated pool, a quiet terrace, a kitchen already stocked with coffee. We travel often, we give back where we can, and we know the difference between a place to sleep and a getaway you'll still be talking about years later. Our home base

Palm Beach Island

A barrier island where the ocean is one or two blocks from your door. Our suites sit inside the historic Palm Beach Hotel Condo, with a heated courtyard pool, valet parking, and Worth Avenue, the cafes, and the sand all within an easy walk. Bikes beat cars here.

The mainland side

West Palm Beach

Just over the bridge in Northwood, one of the city's oldest neighborhoods, full of murals, galleries, and small kitchens worth the detour. Our home here trades the condo life for a private backyard and easy reach of downtown, Clematis Street, and the Brightline station.

Gulf Coast escape

Panama City Beach

Five hours north on the Panhandle, where the sand turns sugar white and the water goes emerald. Our condo sits at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, so pools, golf, and the shoreline are steps away and every evening ends with a sunset off the balcony.
